Welcome to WiFiWithoutWalls, a service operated by WiFi Without Walls ("Provider"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WiFiWithoutWalls service ("Service"). By using this Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

The Service provides portable hotspot internet access using satellite connectivity and supporting equipment (e.g., Starlink Mini units, mobile power banks) for off-grid or remote use. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand the functionality, limitations, and acceptable uses of the equipment provided.

2. Internet Connectivity via Starlink

Internet access is delivered via the Starlink satellite network operated by SpaceX. WiFi Without Walls is not affiliated with SpaceX. Performance characteristics such as speed, latency, or availability are dependent on Starlink’s network and cannot be guaranteed.

WiFi Without Walls operates under Starlink's Priority service plans, which include permitted mobile use for providing managed connectivity solutions (such as portable Wi-Fi hotspots). This configuration is compliant with Starlink’s Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service due to the nature of the Priority plan exception for business and managed access deployments.

Users do not receive direct administrative access to Starlink hardware, network configuration, or the Starlink user portal. The Service is delivered as a managed, portable hotspot—connectivity is provided through WiFi-enabled access points controlled by WiFi Without Walls.

Users agree to:

  • Use the Service solely for personal or authorized group use;
  • Not tamper with, reconfigure, or attempt access to the underlying Starlink systems;
  • Not misuse the Service in ways prohibited by applicable law or Starlink’s policies.

3. Assumption of Risk

You accept all risks associated with outdoor satellite internet use, including variable signal strength, weather disruptions, terrain limitations, and power supply interruptions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiFi Without Walls is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Service or its interruption, including those resulting from Starlink network issues or third-party dependencies.

5. Equipment Responsibility

You are responsible for the care and timely return of all rented or provided equipment. Lost, stolen, or damaged items (beyond normal wear) may result in replacement or repair fees.

Optional Insurance: Insurance is available at checkout to cover accidental damage or loss during your rental period.

6. Service Availability and Performance

Internet performance is dependent on external conditions such as line-of-sight, geographic location, and weather. The Service is not guaranteed to be continuously available or error-free.

7. User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Not resell or share the Service outside your immediate group;
  • Not circumvent, alter, or interfere with the provided equipment or network;
  • Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws;
  • Refrain from abusive or illegal online behavior (e.g., network scanning, spoofing, copyright violation).

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full effect.

By using the WiFiWithoutWalls Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including those implied through Starlink’s business-use allowances under Priority plans.
