Starlink Mini on its kickstand in a mountain meadow as a team walks to a retreat tent and an access point goes up beside it

Corporate Retreat Internet Rental

The lodge's WiFi will not survive your all-hands. Bring a dedicated connection for the retreat that your IT team did not have to build.

Retreats go where the views are: a lodge at the end of a dirt road, a ranch with one router in the office, a tent in a mountain meadow. The venue's guest WiFi was built for a few people checking email, not a company on video calls.

Our multi-access-point kits deliver dedicated bandwidth and real coverage across the lodge, the tent, and the breakout rooms. One rental, one invoice, no telecom contract, and nothing for your IT team to babysit.

Coverage, not just a hotspot

Multiple access points cover the main room, the breakout spaces, and the tent, so the connection works where people sit, not just next to the router.

Dedicated bandwidth

Your team is not sharing the venue's guest network with every other booking. The connection is yours for the rental.

Procurement-friendly

A fixed daily rate, a single invoice, and no multi-year telecom agreement for a three-day retreat.

Recommended kit

Basic Event WiFi Kit

Scales to the access points a lodge, ranch, or tented venue needs, on a single invoice with no telecom contract.

Frequently asked questions

Can it handle a full team on video calls?
Yes. Starlink bandwidth comfortably supports simultaneous video conferencing for a typical retreat group, and the multi-AP setup keeps coverage solid across breakout rooms.
What if the venue has no internet at all?
The kit brings its own connection by satellite. It only needs power: the venue's outlets, a generator, or a portable power station.
Is the network secure enough for company use?
The network is dedicated to your rental with WPA2/WPA3 encryption, and your devices can run their usual VPN on top, the same as on any hotel or venue network.
We have specific setup requirements. Where do we start?
Ask our assistant (or text us) with your headcount, venue, and dates. It will tell you what equipment is available and what it costs on the order page.
